Today marks 10 years since I opened the doors at Ringwood Auto Tech. 10 years since I worked on the first vehicle in this space. 10 years since I was a one man, one hoist operation and now we have a workshop full of cars and equipment and an amazing team of mechanics, service advisors, apprentices and workshop hands.

For 10 years now you have trusted us with your vehicles, from servicing and repairs to roadworthy checks, tires and everything in between.

From all of us at Ringwood Auto Tech, but especially myself Jimmy, thank you for all your support for the first 10 years and we look forward to many more years to come.

Getting water inside your car? Carpets are wet? It could be your sunroof drain tubes!
We had this Porsche Macan present with multiple hard faults and warning lights on the dash, and we quickly discovered what could only be described as an inbuilt swimming pool in the boot… this battery had been swimming for a while!

The little Tow-Pro k***s are commonplace in many vehicles nowadays, but we bet you’ve never seen the control unit, let alone what it looks like when one gets filled with coffee! ☕️
After a quick replacement of the controller our client was back to towing safely again - with a recommendation to keep a lid on their coffees in the car 🫣

With the year coming to a close we wanted to take the time to say thank you for choosing Ringwood Auto Tech for all your vehicle needs this year 💙

A big shout out to the team for the all the hard work they’ve put in this year, we’re lucky to have the best team!

Our workshop is staying open during this holiday period with a few exceptions to keep you moving for important family catch ups, road trips and getaways

Changes to opening hours are as follows:
24th, 25th, 26th of December: Closed
31st December: 7.30am-1pm
1st January: Closed

Regular hours Monday - Friday 7.30am-5pm on all other days

Place your *new and unwrapped* gift in our donation tub on your next visit to the workshop. We kindly ask that you do not donate any books, food oriented items, toy weapons or anything too heavy.
