Due to someone eating a bat as a snack, we have been forced to postpone the event scheduled for the 17-19 September.

We are currently working with the relevant bodies to schedule an alternate date. We will email out all ticket holders with updates as they become available.

Apologies, however this is out of our control.

With that said, we are postponing, not cancelling. We’ll be winch trucking again in no time.

And more exciting news, we’ll be doing a very limited release of Saturday tickets in a couple of weeks time.

While we are navigating changes to current restrictions. We remind people that the race will not be going ahead this weekend.

We are hoping to run 18-20 June, though with the usual uncertainty afforded to us by the state Government. Our plan must remain fluid.

Contingencies are:
a) June 18-20
b) July
c) September

We remind people NOT to sell tickets, if refunds are issued, they go to the original seller only.

If anyone needs a refund in the meantime, contact us via EMAIL only with the ticket and transaction details. Once a date is locked in concrete, the offer will remain in place for a few more days after that, if you can't make the new date for a full refund.

Once the notice period has passed any tickets will be re-allocated for the new date and we all get to go again!!!
