To all our valued customers. As you are all aware we have been forced to shut down due to COVID-19.
The business relied heavily on overseas tourists and interstate travelers.
After almost 30 years of trade, we have had to close the business. We did send out emails explaining this , but it’s seems that for some reason , a few clients did not receive it.
The company does not have the funds to refund clients and made every effort to keep the business afloat.
The only possible good news is we are negotiating to keep the company alive and if the banks and creditors hold off till COVID-19 is over and traveling is not restricted, we could possibly re-open.
Everyone’s vouchers and information are still in our system, so please keep your vouchers and if we reopen , we will be in touch.
We understand that in tough times like these losing even a few hundred dollars hursts. I can honestly tell you that we have lost Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars, but more so , a business we work hard to build up over 30 years.
We are sorry and if their was anything we could do we would , but we do not have the funds to refund everyone. Please do not send messages as there is no one here to replay. we are not open and all our services such as internet and electricity will be shut off in the next week or so. If and when we reopen we will be in touch.
