AUDI ALLROAD… SOMEHOW ENDED UP ALL-WET. 💦😂

This Audi rolled into Eurojap with a feature even the Germans hadn’t advertised: a foot spa for the rear passengers.

The sunroof drains had blocked up, so the rain took a detour through the roof lining and into the carpets. Apparently, “luxury wagon” now includes waterfront living. 🏊‍♂️

Everyone remembers to wash the paint and shine the wheels… meanwhile, the sunroof drains are upstairs brewing compost and planning financial ruin. 🍂💸

A few leaves shouldn’t turn your Audi into an expensive aquarium. Keep those drains checked and cleaned—before soggy carpets, mould and electrical problems give your wallet a proper rinse.

We’d like to congratulate the cable ties on completing their first BMW rocker cover gasket replacement. 👏😂

Unfortunately, they’ll be repeating their apprenticeship.

This 320d went in for a rocker cover gasket and somehow became a running experiment:

“Try a bit of this.” “Try a bit of that.” “Cable tie this.” “Cable tie that.”

At what point do you put the glue down and admit you’re out of your depth?

Wrong injector seals, broken fuel return fittings, and return lines patched together with glue and cable ties. Whoever was responsible kept adding fixes until the fixes needed fixing.

The customer wanted the oil kept inside the engine. Apparently, that instruction needed more detail. 🤦‍♂️

With diesel fumes becoming too much, the owner finally called time on the experiment and brought it into Eurojap Autowerks before they made him seriously ill.

We lifted the bonnet… and suddenly understood why some workshops prefer the customer never looks under it. 👀

We’re confident in our work, but whoever sent this out? That’s a level of confidence you can’t teach.

🚨 BUY 4 TYRES… GET 1 DESTROYED AIR STRUT FREE! 🚨

This Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 went in for a routine tyre change and came out looking like its suspension had been drop-kicked. 😂

It was lifted without placing the AIRMATIC system into jacking mode, causing unnecessary damage to an airbag strut.

📉 One corner collapsed
💻 Unnecessary ride-height calibrations reset
🤷‍♂️ Previous workshop officially out of ideas

Then came the trusted diagnostic strategy:

“Keep pressing buttons on the scanner until the car fixes itself.”

Unfortunately, Mercedes forgot to include the REPAIR PHYSICALLY DAMAGED AIR STRUT button. 😂

By the time it arrived at Eurojap Autowerks, a simple tyre change had become a complete AIRMATIC identity crisis.

We replaced the damaged airbag strut, corrected the calibration confusion and accurately recalibrated the ride height—returning this GLE 63 to its proper AMG stance. 😎

✅ New airbag strut

✅ Accurate ride-height calibration
✅ Sitting perfectly once again

Four new tyres: expected.
A destroyed air strut: unexpected.

🚨 THIS JL WRANGLER CAME IN WITH MORE IDENTITIES THAN A BLOKE AVOIDING CHILD SUPPORT! 🚨

After an airbag deployment, someone decided to replace the airbags and modules with second-hand parts to save money and avoid further dramas.

Unfortunately, nobody told the Jeep it had just received organs from three different donors. 😂

The body had one VIN, the airbag module remembered another, and the remaining modules were basically sitting around asking:

“So… whose Jeep are we in?”

Every time the ignition came on, it was like an episode of Maury:

“JL Wrangler… the VIN test has determined that you are NOT the original vehicle!” 🤣

The dash lit up like Crown Casino, the modules refused to cooperate, and the Wrangler officially entered a full-blown identity crisis.

This is where owning the correct equipment, manufacturer subscriptions and programming access matters. Plenty of workshops can physically install a module—but getting the entire vehicle to recognise it, accept it and stop arguing with it is a completely different game.

At Eurojap Autowerks, we corrected the VIN conflicts, programmed and configured the replacement modules, restored communication and completed the entire repair in-house.

No dealership holiday.
No workshop world tour.
No ringing someone’s cousin because “he’s good with laptops.”

🚨 AIR SUSPENSION SAID “I’M FINISHED, BOSS.” 🚨

This W213 AMG arrived with its front end sitting lower than our patience for bad diagnostics. 😂

The front air suspension had completely collapsed, leaving the Mercedes badge pointing forward while the bumper was down there interviewing ants. One speed hump away from leaving the entire front bar behind as a council donation.

The customer asked, “Can you get it back up?”

Relax mate—we’re mechanics, not marriage counsellors… but luckily, we specialise in performance issues. 😏

Eurojap Autowerks found the fault, repaired the system and gave the AMG its confidence back.

Before: V8 BiTurbo, suspension Bi-Gone.
During: Front bumper exfoliating the workshop floor.
After: Standing taller than the invoice from someone who would’ve guessed and replaced everything. 😎

No dodgy lowering kit.
No bags-over-coils debate.
No CPR performed on the compressor.

Just proper diagnosis, the correct repair and this AMG back at its factory height—because the only thing that should drop this hard is the owner’s bank balance at the petrol station. ⛽️😂

🔧 A toolbox, a YouTube tutorial and confidence levels usually reserved for qualified technicians—what could possibly go wrong? 😂

This Volvo XC90 owner decided they would be tackling this “simple” brake-pad replacement at home. After all, it’s only a large luxury SUV loaded with electronic systems… basically a wheelbarrow with leather seats, right? 😏

Midway through the job, the battery went flat and the electronic braking system wound the caliper pistons completely out. Suddenly, the quick pad change became a Swedish driveway puzzle—with several expensive pieces and no IKEA instructions included. 💸🇸🇪

What should’ve been a straightforward job ended up costing nearly double, along with enough stress to turn the remaining hair grey.

But jokes aside, incorrectly refitting the pads or calipers could’ve caused serious damage, complete brake failure, or placed the customer and other road users in genuine danger. Brakes aren’t the ideal place to learn through trial and error—the “error” part can arrive at 100km/h.

🦖 THIS RAPTOR WENT IN FOR INJECTOR SEALS… AND CAME OUT NEEDING INJECTORS.

That’s like going in for a haircut and coming out needing a new head. Impressive work—just for all the wrong reasons. 😮‍💨

What should’ve been a straightforward injector reseal somehow became the “less power, more problems” package. Due to the original issue being incorrectly identified and the injector seals not being replaced properly, this 2.2 Bi-Turbo began losing power and the injectors started failing.

The moment it arrived at Eurojap Autowerks, we confirmed the injector failure instantly. No guessing, no “they all do that,” and no blaming the fuel, the tune or Mercury being in retrograde. 🔮

Luckily, we caught it before a tiny seal turned into an engine-sized invoice—because rebuilding an engine is a fairly expensive way to discover someone didn’t complete a reseal properly.

We corrected the repair, restored the performance and put the Raptor back into the Raptor. The customer bought a Bi-Turbo ute, not a lifted wheelbarrow with mood lighting. 🛒

QUATTRO: FOUR WHEELS DRIVEN.

This Audi RS3 came into Eurojap Autowerks after the drivetrain started behaving like someone had quietly cancelled its Quattro subscription.

Beautiful car.
Iconic 5-cylinder.
Serious performance.

And a transfer case that had officially stopped transferring.

After carrying out a proper diagnosis, we confirmed the transfer case had failed — meaning all that glorious RS3 power wasn’t exactly being distributed the way the four rings had promised.

Nothing humbles German engineering quicker than putting it on a hoist and finding the expensive bit that said “Auf Wiedersehen.” 😂

And this is exactly the sort of work we love.

Not just servicing the badge.
Not just clearing a warning and hoping it behaves.
Understanding the drivetrain, confirming the failure and fixing the actual problem.

Because an RS3 deserves to leave driving like an RS3 — not like it’s suddenly reconsidering its career in performance motoring.

This 2008 Audi Q7 rolled into Eurojap Autowerks looking like it was ready to attack the road from the front…

…but from the back, it looked like it had sat down to think about its life choices. 💀🤣

Yep — the air suspension compressor had officially retired.

After nearly two decades of pumping air, it finally said:

“Mate, I’ve done enough. Drop the arse and call Eurojap.” 🤣

The result?

A luxury German SUV with the stance of a tradie’s ute after someone said, “Yeah mate, one more pallet should be fine.” 🧱😂

This Q7 wasn’t slammed.
It wasn’t on bags for Summernats.
And no, stance boys — this isn’t a feature. 💀
