It was so lovely to welcome Leanne and Jason to Argadells Station this afternoon.
Leanne’s great grandfather is Martin Hannemann, whose father, August Hannemann, was the original owner of Argadells. Many of our guests would have driven through the stunning Hannemann’s Gorge during their visit to the station.
In 2001, Leanne’s family installed the Hannemann’s Gorge memorial plaque, recognising the significant contribution the Hannemann family made to the history of Argadells.
We thank Leanne and Jason for taking the time to visit. It was a pleasure sharing the afternoon with them, and we look forward to seeing them back at Argadells again soon. 😊

A big thank you to The Cradock Hotel for hosting yesterday's Station Stays SA meeting. It was really nice finally meeting so many other Station Stays members and putting faces to the names.

It got us thinking… how many Station Stays in South Australia have you visited so far? Maybe it’s time to set yourself a challenge and see how many you can tick off the list!
