Fixed before it became a bigger job!

When an EGR cooler leaks, coolant can end up where it shouldn’t.

That can lead to:
• Overheating
• Engine damage
• White smoke from exhaust

We see this a lot with daily school runs and short drives where the system never fully clears out.

Proper pressure testing picked this one up early.

Coolant dropping but no puddles?

We had a car in this week with coolant slowly disappearing.
No obvious leaks under the car.

This one turned out to be an EGR cooler leaking internally.

The owner noticed:
• Coolant warning popping up
• Slight sweet smell after driving
• Using more coolant than normal

This can be a common issue with stop-start driving and short trips around town.
