📢 We’re Hiring – Service Manager!

Filby’s Motors Toyota | Proserpine & Bowen

We’re looking for an experienced automotive professional to join our team as Service Manager, leading our Toyota Service operations across our Proserpine and Bowen dealerships.

Primarily based in Proserpine, this is a hands-on leadership role focused on:

🔧 Leading and developing our Service teams
🔧 Driving workshop performance and productivity
🔧 Managing departmental KPIs, warranty and manufacturer requirements
🔧 Delivering a great experience for our customers
🔧 Supporting the ongoing development of our technicians and apprentices

Toyota dealership experience is highly preferred, however we’re open to talking with experienced automotive leaders from other manufacturer backgrounds.

Proud to support the Whitsunday Brahmans Ladies Day this Saturday!

While Ladies Day has officially sold out, there's still plenty happening at Les Stagg Oval for the whole community to enjoy!

Come along and support your local Brahmans with an afternoon of great rugby league, community spirit, food, drinks, and the chance to win some fantastic raffle prizes.
