To my valued customers,

As many of you know, I have been working towards completing my Certificate in Automotive Tinting.

From the beginning, I have been transparent during quotes that I am still learning, and that minor imperfections can happen as skills are refined.

Any concerns have always been addressed under warranty, and I have consistently stood by my work.

Starting a business takes courage, resilience, and community support, especially at a very young age. It requires thick skin, long hours, and a willingness to grow through every lesson.

Following a deeply disappointing experience yesterday, my family and I have made the difficult decision to press pause on Hi-Octane Tinting for the time being and will not be taking new bookings to the public, other than close associates to our family.

Constructive feedback is always welcome but disrespect, intimidation, or belittling behaviour is not.

Small businesses are built by real people who are learning, investing, and doing their absolute best.

Please remember words and actions matter.

To those who have supported me, offered guidance, and shown kindness, thank you. Your encouragement has not gone unnoticed and will always be appreciated.

I sincerely hope that moving forward, people choose patience and respect when dealing with anyone who is trying to build something for themselves.

Take care all.
Hi-Octane
