Portland District Karting Club

Portland District Karting Club We are a small sprint kart club located in Portland in southwest Victoria. We have a club day each month and we always like to see new faces.

We have a great family atmosphere and we welcome all members and non-members into our club.

Pit spot Allocations for Round 3 of the Victorian Country Series.
If you are a VCS sponsor you are allready sorted.
If you are a large race team with a truck can you please send us an email with your truck size and tent size needed to [email protected]
This also applies to anyone with a large team tent bigger than normal gazebo size.
If you are a small group of karters this does not apply.
We also have prime pit spots avaliable for volunteers, you do not need to be a PDKC member to get one of these positions on the fence, just a volunteer over the weekend. You can email to the above email address, this is for helpers in the canteen over the weekend.
For all others we have plenty of room for you all, we have over 18 acres of usable space making us the largest pit area that we know.

Get your entries in now for our club day this Sunday.
Entries close at 11:30pm tonight. No late entries will be accepted.
We have social practice all day Saturday with dinner and drinks in the club rooms Saurday night.
Free camping available at the track all weekend.
Also anyone that enters and races the club day can put their name down for a marked pit spot for the VCS.
Just see Paul after the racing on Sunday.

📢 The Portland Go Kart club is offering to put on dinner for us on Saturday night. They will be cooking brisket for it. The dinner is open to everyone whether you are camping at the track or staying in town.

There will be a small fee for dinner to cover cost. It would be great to support a club that has been a great support to 4ss over the years.

After dinner there will be a special premier of the next Harry Drives episode!

The club has asked if I can get them numbers by Wednesday the 27th so they know how many to cater.

Hi All
As we know the next round of the VCS in Portland is just around the corner.
The one and only club day before the Portland race is this coming weekend. If you are wanting some great track time before the next round the track will be open this Saturady the 30th from 9am to 5pm for social karting. You can enter on that now on Komp. We also have free camping for anyone wanting to stay at the track.
Our club day will be on Sunday 31st. The timetable will be posted later in the week when we know numbers, so get those entries in now on komp. Entries for the club day close at 11:30pm Friday 29th.
Anyone that enters and races the club day can have a pit spot marked for them for the VCS. To do this see Paul at the end of the club day and give your details.
We hope you all had a great weekend of racing in Hamilton and we look forward to seeing you at our track this weekend.
