Every Day's Different at Kj Automotive, been a bit of an understatement lately 😁. Finished off the V6 Tarago water pump, replaced a Mazda 3 water pump. Carried out a front end re build on a Vz Commodore, new starter motor, and some minor auto electrical on a V6 Kluger. Minor Auto electrical on a Toyota camry. Replaced an alternator for a young lady, on her Toyota Corolla, it died down the main street. I had a customer in for a minor oil leak diagnosis on a Hyundai Tucson, plus a drive line diagnosis on a Ford Territory. Also got to do my best crash repair impersonation, repairing a crashed Toyota Rav4, fitting a new radiator, straightened the front crossmember and condenser, then screwed it all back together. Next stop Smart Refrigeration for an Aircon regas. As usual had a large lot of variety in the logbook servicing department. That's it, im buggered, weekend off for me 😅. Out with the old, and in with the new, I had this super clean Vz Commodore in today for a bit of suspension love. All new quality Nolathane, arms, links and bushes, and a fresh set of Monroe Shock absorbers. Off for a wheel alignment next, it'll drive sweet now. 😁

Another full on week this week, a lot of different jobs undertaken. Finished of the Ml Triton Evaporator job, that was fun, 🙄 gassed by Smart Refrigeration, and out the door. Lots of logbook servicing as usual, including the Monster 200 Series. A couple of new sets of brakes fitted, and a new Redback 3 inch exhaust to a 2025 Hilux. I had a couple of diagnosis jobs, which have lead to work next week, 3 water pumps in 7 days, and not one of them is fun or easy to get at. Finished fitting a water pump into a v6 Tarago today, marathon effort on its own, waiting on a couple of pulleys, then its home to its owner, once completed. Every Day's Different at Kj Automotive.

As usual its been a busy week, started off with the bi-weekly Holden Trax/cruze, thermostat housing and heater hoses. Had the usual amount of logbook servicing, the mighty Troop Carrier in for a list of jobs. New set of nails, woohoo, thanks April from Unlimited Artistry. Tidy Mitsubishi Pajero in for new 4wd switches and a throttle booster fitting.❤️. Finished the week with a couple of diagnosis jobs and dash out of a Mitsubishi Triton, to do the heater core. Had this Mighty Troop Carrier in today, fitted new rear wheel bearings, and diff oil, re tension on front bearings as well. New wheel cylinders, rocker cover gasket and alternater, installed at the same time. Marathon effort, had to pull aircon compressor, dual battery and tray, just to get access. Carried out a full brake bleed, engine clean, followed by a road test. All set to be returned to its owner. ☺️❤️ These Troopys are starting to be a bit rarer in this condition, best one I've seen in a while. ☺️😁

Hope everyone's enjoying their Saturday 😁 Toyota Hiace service done, another on a Hyundai, including grotty cabin filter with Mouse Poo, 🙄🤢🤮. The Mighty Gr Sport 300, in for logbook servicing, and a clutch bleed, on a Ford Ranger. That's it, shutting the doors to the shop and gonna hide in the house. Lol ❤️❤️

End of the working week, finished with a caravan service, new wheel bearings, new 7 pin plug, to fix a light issue, and full chassis inspection. Belonging to one of my lovely lady customers. As usual, lots of logbook servicing, some interesting cabin filters this week, quite a few new customers, thank you, I appreciate you in trusting me with your vehicles ❤️😁. Sorted out a brake issue for Tom, a young bloke travelling through to Port Lincoln. ARB Suspension instal to Kun26 Hilux, sits a lot nicer now, should be way better for towing the Van. Happy Friday, my friends and family, thats a wrap for the weekend. Started Monday, finishing off my Landcruiser Jigsaw puzzle, sorta glad that came to a conclusion, back to 2 hoists, yay 🤣😆😁. Lots of logbook servicing this week, some cars didn't get a picture, so busy, I just didn't get them. Lots of diagnosis work for future repairs, couple of sets of brakes, a few belts, and the usual run of the mill stuff. Met a few more new customers this week, thankyou for trusting me with your vehicles. As usual, Every Day's Different at Kj Automotive. Well guys, another big week this week at Kj Automotive. Monday started with my Landcruiser wagon jigsaw puzzle, list of work was, heavy duty clutch, flywheel machine, all wheel bearings replaced, and a big exhaust. Still a couple of broken bolts to drill out in the towbar on Monday, sounds like fun 🙄🥹😭.
Also had the Bi-weekly, Holden Cruze in for thermostat housing, heater hoses and expansion tank. Met a few new customers this week, a young lady with a sweet Toyota Troop carrier, lots of logbook servicing, as usual, and a beautiful sunrise to finish the week, this morning. Every Day's Different at Kj Automotive.

This weeks jigsaw puzzle started Monday, pulled the mighty grey Lancer down to fit a full clutch kit. Flywheel sent off Monday for machining, re assembled on Friday, with new slave cylinder, clutch fluid and gearbox oil. All bolts loctited, ready for little Miss to pick up, and chuck laps all weekend. Fitted a new radiator to a Hyundai Getz, new hoses, clamps and Nulon coolant. Lots of logbook servicing again, a couple of sets of disc brakes replaced, and a caravan half completed for a service and wheel bearings. Guess what tommorows job is🙄. New nails by April Daw, back to my blue roots, lol, variety all round.
