Well, thats it for 2 weeks, a little bit of enforced time off coming up. Busy week, and weekend, new strut tops for a Ve Commodore, new lower control arms for a 121 metro, bit of logbook servicing as per usual. Every Day's Different at Kj Automotive. One more week until 10 days off, big week this week, a few long days were had. Ignition coils seemed to be popular this week, 2 Holden cruzes by Friday, plus a commodore, Ix35, and kia carnival. Lots of logbook servicing, a few cooling system repairs, including a water pump and thermostat on a Ford Everest. Another Everest with a dodgy Egr cooler booked in for when I return to work, to be fixed. Managed to fit in new nails, thanks April from Unlimited artistry 🥰. Every Day's Different at Kj Automotive. Ignition coils seem to be all the craze this week, 4 different cars all with faulty coils.
Holden Cruze, Commodore, kia Carnival and Hyundai Ix35. Sadly, they're not all easy to get at, to replace 😕 😞 🥹

Lots of logbook servicing, mixed with a lot of mechanical repairs, sprinkle in some Auto Electrical work, makes for a very productive week. Couple of new customers again this week, thankyou for trusting me with your cars.

Today's jigsaw puzzle, little Holden cruze in for the obligatory oil cooler replacement, new thermostat housing and full set of hoses, flush and fill with new coolant, . Cooling system bleed and pressure test, chuck on a new rocker cover gasket, for good measure, just about ready to go. 😁

Looking like Toyota Country today, 1st 4 jobs of the day, lined up and ready to go. Very diverse week for jobs this week...

Looking like Toyota Country today, 1st 4 jobs of the day, lined up and ready to go. Very diverse week for jobs this week, a couple of Auto trans services, new rear trans bush and seal, as well as a new cooler fitted in front of radiator, on an Au falcon.A bit of suspension work, a new secondary radiator on a Hiace van, lots of logbook servicing, no clutch fitted due to freight stuff ups, so Saturday in the shop again, for me. 🙄🥹😭. Joys of having a hard bitch for a Boss, I guess. Every Day's Different at Kj Automotive.

Had a new customer in today, she came all the way from Pimba, had her mighty lil Subaru in for some love. Carried out a service, auto transmission service, new lower control arms, sway bar links and sway bar mount bushes. Thank you for trusting me with your lil rocket, and safe travels. KJ ❤️

Slow start to the week, this week, due to being ill. But certainly picked up the pace in the latter half. Lots of logbook servicing, a few new customers again this week, one from Murray Town, thanks Bazz. For trusting me with your vehicles. Merry Clutchmas, the second of 3 clutches to be done in 3 weeks is underway, the mighty Toyota Hilux started to slip, dragging a trailer full of big hay bales. New clutch on its way, flywheel off to be machined, and hopefully out the door mid next week. Lots of logbook servicing again this week, 3 sets of brakes and some suspension repairs on a new customers Commodore.
