JOB OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mechanic to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who can work independtley, lead by example, and support junior staff while maintaining high standards or workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair and service a wide range of vehicles
Perform advanced mechanical repairs and fault finding
Supervise and mentor junior mechanics and apprentices
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Manage workflow and assist in job prioritisation
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and solutions
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Keep up to date with industry developments and new technologies

Skills & Experience:
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
Extensive experience as a qualified mechanic (5+ years preferred)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience with modern diagnostic tools and systems
Ability to lead and support a team
Excellent attention to detail and time management

Desirable - Not Essential:
Air conditioning license (ARCtick)
Experience with diesel or 4WD vehicles
Roadworthy certification license (or willingness to obtain)
