Stage 2 TCU Software Upgrade done today on a customers MK7 GTI making the selection to have the oem Kick Downs Disabled while in Manual Mode this is a great choice, now there is no more Down shifting when the pedal is depressed all of the way & no up shifting when that RPM needle gets to the now 6800rpm rev limit + Launch Control Raised to 4000rpm!!! There is also alot of benefits to the stage 2 TCU e.g
•Optimized Responsiveness and Drivability
•Optimized Smoothness and Driving Comfort
•Optimized "D" and "Sport" Mode
•Optimized Cruising Upshift Setpoint For Maximum Responsiveness

Today we were able to put a massive smile on our customers face with a Unitronic ECU Stage1+ Flash on there MK6 GTI 6sp Manual. This one is only running a cat back exhaust/diverter valve with standard intake system still the results are more then noticeable! Being more responsive with some extra power whilst retaining drivability & efficiency you can't go wrong with a Unitronic Stage1+ ECU Flash!
