PARTS & ACCESSORIES MANAGER WANTED
Pilbara Boats N Bikes is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to take ownership of our Parts & Accessories Department.
This isn’t just a counter job.
This is your chance to run a department, build a team, and make it your own.
We’re a busy, family-run dealership in Port Hedland dealing in boats, bikes, caravans and power equipment. If you’re practical, organized and commercially minded, we want to talk to you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Looking after customers, phone and face-to-face enquiries, tradies, locals, everyone
• Managing stock, daily orders, receipting and costing
• Keeping inventory tight and organized
• Working closely with our Service team to ensure parts are ready for scheduled jobs
• Supporting Sales with chandlery and accessories for boats, bikes and caravans
• Driving marketing and promotions within the department
• Training and leading staff
• Ensuring the department runs profitably
You’ll need to back yourself, able to work independently but also be part of a solid team.
A keen interest in boats, bikes, caravans or power equipment would be ideal, but attitude and work ethic matter more. If you’re from another industry and ready to step up, we’re happy to train the right person.
There is also the opportunity to earn commission on boat, bike and caravan sales if you obtain your Motor Vehicle Sales License.
This is a role where you can genuinely build something and grow with the business.
We will negotiate an attractive package to secure the right person.
