🔧 One suffering from a leaking liner O-ring

🔧 One with a dropped liner causing overheating and coolant loss

Both engines received machined block upgrades with upper and lower liner inserts, restoring a proper press fit liner and ensuring long-term reliability.

This Kenworth C509 recently came in with intermittent low power and top-end engine noise.

We diagnosed a failed valve rocker lever roller and valve camshaft lobe, along with boost leaks, a faulty turbo wastegate actuator and fuel system restrictions. All repairs completed using genuine Cummins parts.

Recent work carried out at a feedlot in the Garah area in late 2025.

Extra power was added to these machines through custom ECU tuning, this will ensure they carry out their work with much more ease and better fuel economy!

Some jobs recently completed in Western NSW
The T9-670 was experiencing communication issues with the ECM after a customer installed a new engine. This problem was rectified once diagnosed with the latest software of a CNH diagnostic tool.

The 340 Magnum presented with a coolant ingress issue into the oil system - a common concern with these particular IVECO engines. Even with low engine hours the cylinder liner O-rings had deteriorated causing the coolant to leak past and into the sump. The engine was fully stripped down, the liner O-rings and several necessary components were replaced to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
