We have some exciting news......

Behind the scenes we have been working to become an approved installer with Engine Guard - Overheating Engine Alarm.

Welcome to Monday!!

We've been a little quiet here of late, but rest assured we are still chipping away and doing what we do best.

On Friday we received our first 1 star review 😱. They were disgruntled, running to a tight schedule and just genuinely wanted to have a whinge. We get it, some days are just rubbish and when we get the opportunity to take it out on someone else, we feel good about ourselves for about 3 seconds and move on with our day. But what some customers forget, is that we are human too. We have families, we get sick, we have commitments outside of the workshop that are nobodies business, but we still show up and do our best for each and everyone of you.

Now, could we have handled the situation differently, maybe. Were we running short staffed, overbooked and on pure adenaline, absolutely. But we still managed to show up and keep 99% of our customers happy.

So we thank you all for being patient with us when things don't go quite right, but just know we will always try and make it happen.

So you all know our team love our morning kawfee, especially when it is delivered by Rhys and his team from Rhys's Coffee Run. Well this amazing bloke was nominated for the Ted Webber individual achievement award as part of the Fraser Coast Ability Awards. The presentation was held today and Rhys WON!! 🥳🥳🥳 We are so proud to be a small part of Rhys's journey and can't wait to see what he does next. Congratulations mate, we can't wait to see you Monday.

Most of you know Rhys was nominated for the Fraser Coast Ability Awards today. He won! He won the Ted Webber individual achievement award for business, volunteering and sports. Very proud of this young man, he's worked hard at acheiving and smashing some goals. And thank you to all the people who wrote references for Rhys. ❤️
