Know your rights.......

Customers have to right to go with any licenced Tow truck company of their choice.

They are not required to go with who their insurance company send.

And making threats about only using the tow company they send and not any other is illegal.

Insurance companies want you to use a certain company as they have formed partnerships with those Tow providers to do the tows for reduced prices.... but how does that benefit the insured customer? Do they get a discount on their premiums because the insurance company saved money on the towing? NO.

Customers should not be bullied by insurance companies.... or other tow companies or tow truck drivers remember, they work for you.... you pay the insurance company to provide protection in the event of an accident or incident.

So don't be fooled.

Know your rights and don't let the insurance companies dictate to you.
