We are expanding and looking for a reliable, hands-on Tyre Fitter to join our busy workshop in Bayswater. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment.

π§ What Youβll Do
β’ Fit, balance and repair passenger and 4WD tyres
β’ Assist with wheel alignments
β’ Inspect tyres/rims and advise customers where needed
β’ Keep the workshop clean, organised and safe
β’ Assist with scrap tyres - stripping, sorting , organising and other general allrounder tasks
β’ Provide friendly customer service and support the workshop team

π° Pay & Conditions
β’ Paid under the Vehicle Repair, Services & Retail Award 2020
β’ Minimum award pay from approx. $24.28/hr (higher depending on experience & supervision duties)
β’ + superannuation
β’ Opportunities for wage increases and advancement

βοΈ What Weβre Looking For
β’ Experience as a tyre fitter preferred, but we will train the right person
β’ Certificate in tyre fitting or automotive is highly preferred, but not essential
β’ Good attitude and willingness to learn
β’ Physically fit and able to work with tools
β’ Reliable, punctual and able to work in a small team
β’ Manual driverβs licence (preferred), forklift ticket (preferred)
