This vehicle came in with poor A/C performance and was struggling to keep the cabin comfortable. After a full A/C system diagnosis, we confirmed a leaking evaporator core hidden deep within the dashboard, causing refrigerant loss and reduced cooling efficiency.

Our technicians carried out a complete evaporator replacement, including dashboard removal, system evacuation and recharge, followed by leak and performance testing.

The result? Ice-cold A/C, working exactly as it should. ❄️

At Euro Technik, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship, even when the repair is hidden behind a bumper and headlight.

This Volkswagen Golf 7 came in with leaks in both windscreen washer hoses, which appeared to have been chewed through. Rather than just patching the issue, our team carefully repaired the hoses and added an extra layer of protection to help prevent future failure.

Volkswagen Polo Air Conditioning Diagnosis 🔧❄️

We recently had a Volkswagen Polo come into Subi with an air conditioning fan issue — the blower would only operate on speed setting 4.

After carrying out a proper diagnosis, we removed the glovebox to access and test the fan speed resistor, which controls the lower blower speed settings.

Our testing confirmed the resistor had failed internally, causing the fan to lose operation on speeds 1, 2, and 3.

The next step is to replace the faulty resistor and get the customer’s AC system back working exactly as it should — cool, comfortable, and reliable.

Small electrical faults can make a big difference to everyday comfort, especially when it comes to air conditioning.
