Dance Inclusion A hip and happening dance/music and movement program for people with varying abilities and ages.

DANCE MOVEMENT CLASS FOR ALL ABILITIES – 17+
The Dance Inclusion program is a Dance movement class for Adults with varying abilities where they can express themselves in a safe and supportive environment. The aim of the program is to improve such things as social interaction, confidence and self- esteem, fine and gross motor skills, coordination, sense of rhythm, balance and flexibility. Dance inc

lusion also attends aged care and dementia wings with an adapted program / music to suit

The goal is to enable participants to feel individually empowered to the best of their ability and to give the opportunity to express their own unique style of dance in a safe, encouraging and happy environment.
