Swan Hills Automotives is a small family run business in Midland, which prides itself on providing great quality workmanship and customer service.

We are looking to employ two Qualified Mechanics, who are confident and experienced with working on a variety of makes and models, to join our small team in our busy workshop.

- Family orientated
- Sleep in your own bed each night, spend time with the family
- Flexible working hours

Seeking someone who enjoys a challenge and who has good diagnostic skills.

The successful candidate must:

- be able to work autonomously, independently performing servicing and mechanical repairs on light vehicles and small trucks.

- A current unrestricted manual driver's license is essential.

- To be considered for this position you must have the right to work in Australia.

- Qualifications to work on air-conditioning systems is highly desirable but not essential. Willingness to gain this certification is desirable.

Remuneration package will be discussed based on skill level and experience.

We Are Open

As we align with the latest recommendations from the Australian Government, I write today to let you know that if there is anything that we can do during these challenging times, we are here to assist.

Here are a few ways that we can help.



PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF SERVICE
We’re continuing to offer our complimentary vehicle pick-up and drop off when your car is being serviced. Naturally, our vehicle sanitisation practices have been extended to follow the advice from government and health authorities.

Our updated protocols are now standard when we service your vehicle. Our technicians:

disinfect the car before commencing work (outside door handle, all relevant areas inside the vehicle – steering wheel, radio and other control buttons, seat belt, any other areas that may need to be touched)allow the disinfectant to sit for 10 minutes to dry before airing the vehicle disinfect their hands maintain excellent hygiene practices while undertaking the work, including wearing gloves as required repeat the disinfectant process at the end of the work, immediately before returning it to you

Should you prefer to drop your vehicle to the workshop that is no problem as long as all rules and regulations are followed.
