Featuring an 8m moulded-length, with a 3m beam for increased stability, and greater usable interior space, all-new laminate schedule and composite cores for a lighter & stronger construction, with absolutely no wood used so no wood rot ever! 😍
This boat is being built to 2C survey and Lloyd’s Standards Design.
Building a survey built vessel requires an AMSA representative to inspect the build at various stages, which ensures the customer that the vessel is being constructed to a commercial standard, but also built with quality and expert craftsmanship! It’s a fact that survey built vessels are more valuable, because they are built stronger compared to a recreational vessel.
Westcats are built in Western Australia, so by appointment, you may come and inspect your boat under construction to fully appreciate the process of building a quality vessel. The Westcat team of tradesmen is led by a fully qualified Shipwright who has over 35 years experience in building boats who gained his experience with iconic WA brands which cruise our waters today.
