The brief was to purchase a large green title lot with minimum 4-bedrooms / 2-bathrooms not too far from the beach and Fiona Stanley Hospital. As theyโre also running a camper trailer hire business, undercover storage for their trailers had big priority. The property was purchased for $672,000 which is a great outcome as there were 5 comparable sales within 200m radius over the past 6 months with a price range between $710,000 - $860,000. It is a brick and tile in very good structural condition with great potential to add value. If the couple decides to move on to another property in a few yearsโ time, it also has potential to easily convert into a dual-occupancy for double income and positive cashflow on top of capital growth ๐
