Kierans Twin Turbo LS1 E46 Drift Car came back in for some repairs.

At his last event he had an injector o-ring fail and cause the bay and part of the cabin to go up in flames cooking the engine harness beyond repair.

He supplied a new Link ECU Terminated LS Engine Harness that we adapted into the existing wiring under the dash.

A new wideband o2 sensor and fuel pressure sensor was required as the fire had also damaged them.

He had 0 light in the rear so we also got both his rear lights working with the brake pedal and the headlights.

His thermo fans were on a switch so we installed relays that are now controlled by the ECU, making the setup self sustainable. Nothing to forget, turn ignition on and hit the start button!

His rear fuel set had some cross threaded bungs and twisted fuel lines.
We completely redid the line setup fixing all the issues there.

We had the Injectors sent off to Full Flow Performance Injectors to clean and inspect, they were all over the place and 2 were past savable from the fire melting them.
2 new injectors were supplied and flow matched to the 6 existing good injectors.

After that we got it onto the dyno to retune it to suit the freshly working injectors and verify the new harness was all working.

Boost was 2psi down from last time but on some runs would go higher than before.
Because of this we removed 2 degrees of timing to keep it safe.
Needed to take a bunch of fuel out of the tune as now the injectors had no restrictions in them

Ended up at 494HP on 2psi less and 2 degrees less than last time (was at 550HP before).

Car is all back with the owner and ready for the next dridt event πŸ‘ŒπŸ’ͺ

We had Riley's BA XR6-T in for a tune.
Unfortunately just as we started to actually get to tune it the BTR pumo seal let go and leaked all of it's fluid out and onto the floor so we had to stop the dyno session then.

This has a semi built motor (rods), 1000cc Injectors and an Internally gated Pulsar GTX3582r.

Before that tho the 1st pull netted 433HP but I wasn't happy with how much timing was in it from factory so I reduced it and on ended at 407HP as the box seal let go.
The turbo was boost creeping pretty badly so will get Riley to port the wastegate flapper opening so boost can be controlled a lot better, or hopefully an external gate will be installer instead!

Will be good to see this back once all resolved and try get to Riley's goal of 500HP (if the BTR let's us πŸ˜…)

We had Jaco's BA Burnout Car in here for a tune using PCMTEC utilising their account as they drove near on 4 hours to get here. That way they cam retain datalogging and changes at the track if need be.

This combination is a stock Barra with Twin Throttle's, 1000cc Injectors and E-85 fuel from a drum not the local servo.

Ended up at 257HP & 516NM
Should turn a tyre no worries!

We Had Kanes VS L67 Converted Ute on for a tune.
Dead stock apart from 1000cc Injectors and a YELLA TERRA Snout with unknown pulley size.

Came in not running.
First we found the fuel lines were on backwards at the causing the no start issue.
Which then led to the next issue... found one of the injector's leaking badly so we got that all reseated and fixed.

Once running it was quite rough and our datalogging put us towards the crank angle sesor was missing the 3x signal.
After we changed the crank angle sensor it fired up and ran perfectly.

Since the system hadn't been bled we spent over an hour bleeding the system making sure no air was left (these can be an absolute pain to bleed)

After that we had to adjust the clutch cable for the T5 gearbox as someone had put a huge return spring on making it bounce on and off the clutch.

We finally got it onto the dyno and tuned to suit the combo.

Ended up at 247HP & 421NM at 9psi of boost!

We had our good mate Scott from Vlosity Auto Care / Vlosity Motorsport ask if we could slot his car in before the final round this Saturday for the D1WA 2026 Drift Championship.

To start Scott supplied a new subframe that had the camber correction boxes already welded in & New outer adjustable camber/toe correction SuperPro bushes.
We supplied Nolathane Inner fixed Bushes and got them all installed after we went to the local wreckers to pickup some Wagon Lower Control Arms so we have the toe adjuster. (Shock pickup point is different to sedans)
He also askes if we could swap out the M80 input fl**ge to another undamaged one and install a new HardySpicer Rubber Donut & Hardware , swap out the
Diff side adjusters as his were weeping oil out.

We then installed his own aftermarket dual caliper handbrake kit and got everything back together.
After we torqued everything down we marked it all with a paint pen to ensure nothing was missed and to keep and eye on if something comes loose.

Once back on the ground we aligned the rear end using toe plates, "Drift Spec". This should now have a tonne more grip compared to his previous setup now that it has a static postive camber and is now toed in 15mm compared to his basically 0 toe in and static negative camber.

After this we put it onto the dyno after getting the ecu unlocked and tickled up the tune that was done previously elsewhere. It ran super lean which is a bit alarming.
Picked up a bunch of torque down low which will help with drifting a lot and picked up a measly 2HP up top 🀣.

After that we strapped it down as hard as we could so we could get it as responsive as possible without worrying about the car jumping all over the place on the dyno.

Ended up at 416HP & 760NM up from 414HP & 750NM.
This should feel Night & Day difference to drive, super keen to hear Scott's feedback on Saturday for how it all go's!

Once this post go's live I'll jump into the comments and post the final Dyno Run Clip & a video getting it as responsive as possible inside the car!

We had Chez's LS3/6L80e converted Patrol in for a tune after he had a cam package installed supplied by our good mate up at RST Automotive.

The Conversion was originally done by Zared Fox Automotive and then sent elsewhere by Chez for a tune. Chez was stoked with the existing tune but unfortunately the previous tuner had a decent wait time. The combo before made around 280HP.

The ECU was locked, but fortunately a week before we had just purchased the Hardware/Firmware to unlock the E67/E38 ecu's found in VZ 6L's and the VE VF variants.
With the program left running overnight it luckily found the code and removed the tuner lock. (Can take anywhere from 15minute to 7 or so days)

With this we were able to build upon the existing tune file and adjust it to suit the new VCM 532 camshaft.

With the big 33's it still managed to put down 370HP & 684NM!
After that we made sure all the fuel trims and gearbix calibration were still on point and that it drove nice!

This should be a weapon on the street and off road!

Due to Chez's request he didn't want the idle too crazy when in gear so it behaves nicely when crawling.
What we did is when in Park/Neutral we made it Chop its head off and in gear smoothened the idle right out so its manners with the stock conver drive like factory πŸ‘ŒπŸ’ͺ

My Seat Time L67 4150 Carby Style EFI Drift Car got slapped back onto the dyno!

CHECK OUT THE COMMENTS FOR A VIDEO OF THE IDLE & THE LAST DYNO PULL, THAT CHARGER WHINE 😍😱🀀🀀🀀

Mace Engineering Group continued to be onboard and supplied an A2A Intercooler plate, 2.42" Pulley Kit, Supercharger Oil & A HD Coupler!

I bought a new welder and wanted to learn Ali Tig Welding! Modified the A2A plate with some Cast 90 degree elbows and then got onto making the cooler piping to suit! (Pictures included)

I sent my snout off to Dylan from SexyFab over in NSW to machine my snout to suit one of his custom tensioners and to fit smaller than 3" pulley's.

Previously this combo made 319HP unintercooled with intake temps over 100Β°c.
With the A2A system intake temps sat around 40Β°c through the entire run!

We had a bit of belt slip after 4000rpm still (boost dropped & can see rubber all over the pulley) and this massive N/A Speedway cam will be letting boost straight out the exhaust ports as well πŸ˜…

At first we left the 3" pulley on so we could back to back it. We just cleaned the fueling up a touch and didnt change any ignition timing. It picked up power everywhere and a boat load of torque everywhere.
Went from 319HP & 602NM to 324HP & 644NM on less boost up top as that pulley also had slip (belt was way too long on this one) @ 7 to 6psi of boost.

After that we put the 2.42" pulley on, cleaned up the fueling messed with timing a little bit, but belt slip and the camshaft limited us too much.
Ended up at 356HP & 747NM @ 10.2-8.4psi

I might get this camshaft remade but with a more suited Lobe Sep Angle suited to boost!

Have included videos in the comments of the final dyno pull and of the idle!

We had Nathan's KE70 Corrola Drift Car come in for a tune after his new combo was all finished.

- L98 Converted βœ…οΈ
- T56 Manual βœ…οΈ
- S13 Rear End with 4.08's βœ…οΈ
- Custom Headers βœ…οΈ
- Single 3' Exhaust 😬
- Rear Radiator Conversion βœ…οΈ
- Haltech Rebel LS Ecu βœ…οΈ
- VCM 713 Cam βœ…οΈ

After we got all the ecu setup, drivability and cruising side sorted we got onto the power runs.

The 3" exhaust was limiting this setup but still put out a great 415HP & 802NM.
Will be plenty to turn 4th gear in this light weapon.

Have added an overlay in the last picture comparing this and Chris's E46, can see above 6000rpm where Chris's keeps climbing as no restriction for comparison πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ

Had Finns L67 converted Hilux back in for a touch up after a new set of lifters and adjustable fuel rwg was installed.

Went from 239HP to 267HP with the big 4wd tyres on!
Great increase, lifter must of been hurt last time as we changed nothing timing wise. All we did was clean up the fueling to suit the new regulator and potentially the hurt lifter.
