You LOVE your caravan, this 24v upgrade could be what makes your caravan even better

Starting with the solar
We mapped and planned the best way to maximise the available roof space, allowing us to install 1790W of solar on 3 strings to ensure maximum efficiency even during low sun / shaded periods. Mounted on the signature Lithium Essentials powder coated aluminium brackets with the Lithium Essentials Wind deflector kit on the leading eddge of this solar array

Giving this van the power it needs to supply the appilances these customers use, we have installed a 3000|70 Victron Multiplus II and a Liftek 330Ah 24V lithium battery = 8.4KwH

Supporting the huge solar array are 3 Victron Smart Solar Mppt solar controllers and the addition of a 1400 Vicron Orion DC-Dc Charger

This full system and the water tanks are all monitored via the Cerbo GX + Touch70 display screen.
The cherry on top, this system in fully intergrated with Starlink and remote monitoring no matter where this van is in Australia

🎄 Remember the last holidays?

Remember packing up the caravan, heading home and thinking…

“We really need to get that sorted before the next trip.”

Maybe it was the Anderson plug that wasn’t charging the batteries properly.

Maybe the Anderson was slowly draining the car battery while you were parked up.

Maybe there was a wiring issue you noticed, an upgrade you wanted to do, or something that just didn’t quite work the way it should.

And then the new year rolled in and… life happened.

Christmas is creeping up, the caravan is coming out if storage, and that little electrical problem is still sitting there waiting to be actioned

A stock standard power system that did not perform like the brochures said it would
Instead they got fuses that would burn out, charging that would not charge and a management system that was confusing and a hard to use.

Starting with a consultation with Helen & John we take the time to understand what the customers want out of their power system, what style of travel they enjoy and what concerns them most about the current power system
We then design and quote a system that will perform as the user requires it to perform.

Helen & John now have a 24v Victron Energy power system with a roof full of solar, 310Ah of lithium battery and a clear understanding of how what their power system is doing.

New additions and FULL SYSTEMS in progress

Rounding out the week with the boys getting on with the 3 full systems we have in the workshop

The Jayco Optimum is in the final planning stage
The Traveller had the 240 hooked up today
The Avida Motorhome has new solar

And the new workshop additions are the Fall Arrest Safety mechanisms that have been installed. Safety for our boys is a top priority and these Fall Arrests ensure that when we are working on caravan roofs we are as safe as possible 🧗‍♀️

⚡️24v Revival Package Part 3.

The third and final installment of our 24v revival series so let talk solar

We have fitted a total of 1380w
2x 250w panels
4x 220w panels
These are then regulated through the 2x 100 | 50 Victron Smart Solar MPPT controllers

We have upgraded the entire cable run and added solar fuses at each panel to protect the cable run

As per all of our solar upgrades, the panels are mounted on the Lithium Essentials solar panel bracket kit with the Lithium Essentials Wind Deflector kit on the leading edge.
