Dear BGKC Members,

Unfortunately due to a technical issue, we are unable to process any Membership requests, Social Karting activities and other club admin.

●●This means we have been forced to CLOSE the track at this point in time.●●

We are trying to correct this asap, however the long weekend has meant that the necessary IT help are unavailable.

Thank you for your patience and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Big thank you to Vine Inn Barossa for housing and feeding our out of town officials this weekend for rnd 3 of the Karting S.A. Festival State Cup Series. Helping our club out with this, helps us direct funds into improving our facilities into the future. So thank you.

And a massive thank you to all the officials who donated their time over the weekend. With out you the sport can not run. Your time an dedication is very much appreciated by us.

We would also like to thank, all the volunteers and committee who donated their time also leading into this event and during this event to make it possible. There has been some big hrs put in around the club leading into this event with clean ups and track inspections.

UPDATE. We now have someone.. thank you Kim for cancelling your shift at the hospital and coming to help us out this weekend at the last minute. Very much appreciated.

And people the state is currently running on absolute bare minimum officials and volunteers in every club. We can see plenty of families through out events all over the state that have extra members in attendance. It would be great to see more people put their hands up to help so that the same people are not been run into the ground and committees are not left scrambling at last minute to fill positions. The more hands that help mean some of the current volunteers wouldn't be expected to carry the full load every race meeting across the state.. and would make it more enjoyable for the people who do help.

WE NEED SOMEONE FOR MEDICAL this weekend or meeting wont go ahead.. seems provider we thought we had booked is now saying they dont have someone for us..

IF WE DONT HAVE MEDICAL WE ALL HAVE A WEEKEND OFF.. so if anyone has a current first aid certificate please contact us ASAP so we can lock you in.. if we dont have any medical by tonight we will have to call it off.
