☎"Hi, can I get my car in for a major service this afternoon?"

At 3pm?

Today?

Unfortunately... that's probably a 0% chance.

We know nobody plans for their car to need work, and we genuinely do our best to help where we can. But most of the time we're booked 2–3 weeks in advance, juggling scheduled services, major repairs, long-term projects, breakdowns, parts deliveries, supplier delays and whatever surprise decides to roll through the workshop doors that day.

We've got 3 hoists.

We need about 30. 😅

If we can't squeeze you in immediately, please don't take it personally. It's never because we don't want to help. In fact, most days we're moving heaven and earth trying to fit everyone in.

We appreciate your patience, your understanding, and everyone who books ahead where possible. It helps keep the wheels turning (literally) for everyone.

How many mechanics does it take to move a project car with no engine in it (yet)? 😂

Apparently...five (if you count Ashley steering)

Another project has officially entered the workshop and the transformation begins.

Stay tuned ... this one's got a long way to go, but that's half the fun.

The Barossa might be freezing, but the workshop is pumping.

Services, repairs, diagnostics, phone calls, coffee runs, parts deliveries and plenty of banter keeping the team warm.

Don't stress about having your car interior " perfect" to drop it off .. I promise we wont judge .... Honestly? We're not even looking. 👀

When your car comes in, we're focused on one thing ... doing the job properly. Not judging your "life" happening inside your car ...

So don't stress about:
The lone sneaker that's been missing since 2023
Kids' toys absolutely everywhere
The graveyard of empty coffee cups
That Tupperware you definitely meant to return six months ago
Spare jumpers, hats, socks ... the full survival kit
Leftover gym gear (we believe you actually went)
And yeah... we've seen everything. Nothing phases us.

All we ask:

✅ Clear access to what we need to reach
✅ Service book in the glove box if you've got one

That's it. That's the list.

We know life gets busy.

School pickups, sport, work, kids, traffic, forgotten appointments... trust us, we get it. We're all juggling a hundred things too.

That said, we're bound by our business operating hours and unfortunately can't keep the workshop open after 5:30pm on weekdays.

If your vehicle is booked for collection, we'd really appreciate you arriving before closing time so we can get you sorted and lock up on time.

Especially on Friday afternoons... because just like everyone else, we've got families to get home to and knock-off drinks calling our names 🍻😉

If you're running late or think you might not make it before close, please give us a call as early as possible and we'll do our best to work with you.

When Shelby met Shelby 🐾🚗

This little Frenchie came in to see us .. and we already had her matching namesake for a bit of TLC.

We carried out a full safety check and found the front upper and lower control arm bushes had completely disintegrated 😬 so we sourced and replaced those to get everything feeling safe and solid again.

While it was in, we also:
✔️ Replaced perished heater hoses causing a coolant leak
✔️ Completed a full service
✔️ Repaired the window washers after the hose had deteriorated

Safe, sorted, and back on the road (with chief quality inspector Shelby approving the work, of course 🐶

It tells us the long days, the problem-solving, the “how is THIS making that noise?!” moments are actually worth it.

We read every single one .... usually out loud, usually with someone yelling “OI ....WE GOT ANOTHER ONE saying HANDSOME techs !!!!.”

If we’ve looked after you and you felt the love, dropping us a review helps more than you think.

How it actually feels ….

We know … booking a service feels like “just another bill.”
But skipping them? That’s how you end up with the kind of problems that are really expensive …. before we even open the bonnet.

Fresh oil, filters, fluids, and checks = fewer breakdowns, less stress, and way cheaper than a new engine.

So yeah, we might look a little manic about it … but it’s only because we’re trying to save you from the “my car just died on the highway” call later

Why not just call?�Because… it’s chaos in the workshop 😅

It’s loud.�We don’t have a fancy front desk.�And the same guys fixing your car are the ones answering phones, writing invoices, and chatting to you at pickup.

So if we don’t answer, it’s not because we’re ignoring you…�we’re probably under a car, covered in oil, wrestling a gearbox, or just can’t hear a thing over the tools.
