Pretty die hard on Genuine but cant keep fitting these Genuine liner shims that keep failing. Remove the captive brass shim that come bent and damaged out the box and fit stainless shims instead.

0.050, 0.060 and 0.070 shims in stock to suit Cummins ISX/X15

Can order custom sizes all the way to 0.120 if needed. If your block has already been cut to 0.030, you now have the option to do more in chassis builds rather then removing engine

2 more done for the week. Prime mover dropped off for a Thursday start, in chassis rebuild and reseal gear housing. Truck ready for pickup Saturday night. Tipper also needed a rebuild and gear housing reseal, carried out from Sunday and done Wednesday morning. Gettin em done to keep the customers happy๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

T909 build done, just bonnet and ready for work. Had a good run at 900,000km, only reason needed a build was from failed liner oring ( leaking coolant into oil) , one of the few engines that came apart that didnt need a counterbore cut
