Are you passionate about cars and love delivering great customer service? We’re on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join our friendly and fast-paced team in Northam!
🛠 About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and workshop technicians. You’ll handle bookings, explain services, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile and their vehicle in top shape.
💬 Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
• Greeting and assisting customers with service enquiries
• Scheduling bookings and managing repair orders
• Providing accurate estimates and keeping customers updated
• Liaising with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality work
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
👨🔧 What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in automotive or customer service roles (preferred but not essential)
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Basic computer literacy
• A current driver’s licence
