Please remember to follow the post-hire checklist and return your caravan in a similar condition to collection. This helps us keep our fleet in top condition for the next family adventure and keeps costs down for everyone. 🙌

✨ Here’s an example of how your van should ideally look on drop back:
✅ Benches wiped
✅ Floors swept & moped
✅ Dishes cleaned
✅ Toilet cassette emptied & rinsed
✅ General belongings removed including rubbish

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mums, grandmothers, carers and mother figures out there 💐❤️

Today is an especially emotional and meaningful day for our family at 3 Burrows.

This marks Kate’s very first Mother’s Day since her life-saving multi intestinal and bowel transplant. Last year at this time, Kate was in a coma fighting for her life and facing a journey no family ever expects to endure.

Today, we celebrate her strength, wisdom, resilience and the incredible support she continues to give not only our family, but also every guest who hires through 3 Burrows. Many of you may have spoken with Kate behind the scenes, helping organise your holidays, calming stressful situations, or simply making your experience easier with her kindness and care.

Recovery is still ongoing every single day, but seeing her here this Mother’s Day is something we will never take for granted.

To Kate — thank you for everything you do for our family, our guests and our community. We are so proud of you ❤️

Today’s a pretty special milestone for us at 3 Burrows ❤️

We don’t usually share much about what goes on behind the scenes — we prefer to just keep things running smoothly and let the vans (and your holidays) do the talking.

But today marks 12 months for our beautiful Kate…
Mum, wife, and the absolute rock behind 3 Burrows.

Many of you have likely spoken with Kate without even realising — helping with bookings, answering questions, keeping everything ticking along.

What you might not know is she’s still recovering from a multi intestinal and bowel transplant. While she might look like she’s vibing on the outside, the reality is very different day-to-day.

She continues to battle ongoing complications — including damage to her kidney and liver from years of chemotherapy, and her body working overtime to adapt while fighting the CMV virus. It’s something that quietly affects her every single day.

But if you know Kate, you know she doesn’t stop.
She shows up. She cares. She keeps pushing forward — for her family and for this business.

3 Burrows isn’t just a hire company… it’s built on resilience, family, and showing up even when things aren’t easy.

This weekend marks 12 months since my multivisceral transplant — a milestone I carry with deep gratitude and reflection.

To my donor family, thank you will never feel like enough. Your gift has given me more time, more moments, and more memories with the people I love. I hold you close in my heart every single day — always in my heart.

This journey hasn’t been easy, but it has been worth it. Here’s to life, to resilience, and to the incredible generosity that made this second chance possible ❤️
