It's time for me to slow down and my heart hasn't really been in car care for a while now (Probably quite obvious as I havenāt posted in months.)
Kaiju Care started as a bit of a rebuttal to all the other car care brands using misleading terms to sound extra fancy and mislead customers into thinking theyāre getting something special when itās just the same (essentially) ingredients. Along with that I wanted to have fun branding that again wasnāt the super serious black and white āprestige nonsenseā like the olā āDiamond Gold Class Detailingā schtick you see on every detailer thatās trying to seem bigger than they are.
Iāve spoken to a lot of people that appreciated that more fun and honest approach but Iāve equally had the ādoes your foam have polymers?ā questions.
In the end I am proud of the products released and how I went about presenting them but running a business like this is not a 1 person job and definitely takes itās toll!
The olā Shopify subscription renews on the 28/01/26 so I will be closing the store as of the 25th and will be running the 50% off sale until then! Buy all you want and anything left I can keep as a lifetime car care supply š
