🎉 Massive congratulations to Jacob Santini!

After a couple of years of hard work, Jacob has officially completed his Certificate III in Automotive Glazing and is now fully qualified!

Jacob's energy, unmistakable laugh, and team spirit have been just as valuable to us as his work ethic. We're genuinely stoked to have supported him through his apprenticeship and even more stoked to have him fully qualified and part of the team!

We’re looking for a switched-on Office Administrator to join our team at Premier Windscreens. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s organised, confident on the phone, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

What the role involves:

👉Handling inbound customer enquiries and bookings
👉Supporting sales and job scheduling
👉Processing accounts received
👉Coordinating jobs between customers and technicians
👉Keeping day-to-day admin running smoothly

If you’ve got strong communication skills, solid admin experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a good fit.

We’re glad the Easter Bunny’s doing the rounds – because we’re officially Eggs-austed!

After a cracking few months, the team’s taking a well-earned break to recharge (and eat an irresponsible amount of chocolate 🍫).

We promise this is our last egg-ceptionally bad pun... maybe.

📅 We’ll be closed on Good Friday & Easter Monday, hopping back into action on Tuesday, 22nd April.

🌪️ Cyclone Alfred Update – Gold Coast, We’re in This Together.

Our thoughts are with our customers, suppliers, and the wider Gold Coast community as we prepare for this extreme weather event. We’ve been through many storms together, and we’ll be here to help once the skies clear.

For the safety of our team, Premier Windscreens workshop and Onsite services will be closed or operating with limited staff, keeping our people off the roads and out of harm’s way, in line with local advice.

Once the cyclone passes, we’ll have all hands on deck to assist with any auto glass repairs and replacements you may need.

🔹 Tips to protect your car & windscreen and other auto glass:
✔️ Move your car undercover or into a garage wherever possible.
✔️ If you're parking in underground car parks in low-lying or coastal areas, consider moving your vehicle to higher ground, a friend or family’s place, or a shopping centre car park on an upper (undercover) level.
✔️ Avoid parking near or under trees, as strong winds can bring branches down.
✔️ If your windows are already damaged and it’s safe to do so, cover them and move the car indoors to prevent water ingress/damage and consider using damp-rid or similar to prevent mould in this humidity.

Stay safe, look out for one another, and we’ll see you on the other side. 💙
