Finally back into it after a couple months off and straight into this plate boat setup

Removed the old rear battery box and built a new rear wall with a live well plus hidden battery and pump storage.
Freed up heaps more deck space and made the whole boat way more usable

Custom Cabin Conversion Completed

This week we tackled a structural crack repair on a customer’s prime mover. The original mount had completely split through, causing movement and putting stress on the surrounding chassis area.

We stripped it back, assessed the damage properly, then cut out the weakened sections. New high-tensile plate supplied by Metal Mates was then shaped, prepped, and welded in to restore the strength and integrity of the mount. Everything was ground back, aligned, and reinforced to make sure it’s ready for the work this truck does daily.

A few shots from a happy customer.

When our customer rolled in with their Can-Am, they had one goal in mind: a setup tough enough to handle the tracks, and practical enough for every adventure with their dogs. 🐾

We built a custom tray and dog box package tailored to their needs - complete with a front-mounted water tank for convenience, a rear pull-out drawer for extra storage, a roof-mounted spotlight for night runs, and underbody skid plates for ultimate protection on rough terrain.

Now they’re ready to hit the trails with confidence, knowing their rig is built to last. Another dream build out the door and onto the dirt! 💪🛻
