Fleet is one of the most demanding departments in our business, and Leah runs it with resilience, professionalism and genuine care every day. She doesn't wait to be asked, if something needs doing, she's already on it, and if a teammate needs support, she's there.

Balancing a demanding role with being a busy mum, Leah regularly puts in extra hours, including from home and after hours, to make sure customers are looked after. She never uses that as an excuse to do less.
