Congratulations to our September Mission 100 Award winner, Katie! 💙

Since joining the Admin and Accounts team, Katie has made an incredible impact, jumping straight into learning multiple areas across Deal Processing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

In just a few short months, she has taken on new processes and responsibilities with an amazing attitude, picking things up incredibly quickly and stepping in wherever support is needed.

Whether it’s helping cover periods of leave, learning a new role or simply getting in and getting the job done, Katie approaches everything with professionalism, reliability and enthusiasm.

What really stood out in Katie’s nominations was not only how much she has learned, but how seamlessly she has become part of the team. Her willingness to learn, help others and take on whatever is thrown her way is a fantastic reflection of our Mission 100 values.

Katie, thank you for all of your hard work, dedication and for being such a wonderful addition to the HFH team. 🏆

Congratulations to our August Mission 100 Award winner, Bing! 💙

Bing received an incredible number of nominations this month, and it’s easy to see why.

While the Finance & Insurance team was down a team member, Bing stepped up in a big way, taking on an increased workload and keeping everything moving during an incredibly busy period.

Despite the added pressure, Bing remained cool, calm and collected, approaching every situation with a positive, can do attitude and, most importantly, continuing to make sure our customers received the experience they deserved.

His teammates described him as an “absolute machine,” giving 110%, demonstrating teamwork at the highest level and always being willing to support and stand up for the people around him.

Bing, your work ethic, professionalism and commitment to both your customers and your team have certainly not gone unnoticed.

Thank you for stepping up when your team needed you most and for demonstrating exactly what Mission 100 is all about.

Congratulations, Bing! Very well deserved. 🏆
