Congratulations to our May Mission 100 Award winner, Stephanie Groves! 💙
Some people make a difference by being the loudest voice in the room. Others make a difference through their consistency, dedication and willingness to simply get the job done. Steph is the perfect example of the latter.
Throughout May, Stephanie received multiple Mission 100 nominations from her teammates, recognising the incredible contribution she continues to make across the dealership. One nomination highlighted the significant effort Steph put into organising, cleaning and standardising the workshop mezzanine file storage area over several Saturdays. What was once a time consuming and frustrating process when locating workshop records has now become far more efficient thanks to her hard work, initiative and attention to detail.
Steph is also recognised for the professionalism and care she brings to her role every day. Her attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and friendly manner with both customers and colleagues have made her a valued member of our Service team. These qualities have ultimately led to her successful appointment as Warranty Clerk, a challenging and demanding position that she has earned through her dedication, passion and strong work ethic.
Beyond her achievements, Steph embodies what Mission 100 is all about. She consistently supports those around her, approaches every task with a positive attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile to help the team succeed. The multiple nominations she received this month are a reflection of the respect and appreciation she has earned from her teammates.
