BP Nangwarry Update

We are back to operating as normal during our staffed trading hours:

✅ EFTPOS is available for all purchases

✅ Fuel can be purchased from all pumps, self-service, during operating hours (pay in shop).

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Telstra issues affecting our prepaid fuel system, after-hours fuel purchases are still unavailable.

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while this issue has been resolved. We'll let you know as soon as after-hours fuel service is back up and running.

Good news! 🎉

Thanks to our amazing IT guys hard work this morning, we have managed to work around the ongoing Telstra outage, and EFTPOS payments are now available again in-store at BP Nangwarry.

Unfortunately, our after-hours prepaid fuel system is still affected by the Telstra issue, so after-hours fuel will remain unavailable until Telstra has fully resolved the outage.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while this has been out of our control. We appreciate your support and will keep you updated once the after-hours system is back online.

EFTPOS UPDATE – BP Nangwarry

Unfortunately, our EFTPOS service is still unavailable due to the ongoing Telstra network issues so the store currently remains CASH ONLY for all purchases.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We know this is frustrating, and while the situation is unfortunately outside of our control, we're doing everything we can to minimise the disruption and get our system working again.

⚠️ Customer Notice ⚠️

Due to a Telstra network outage, our EFTPOS system is currently unavailable at BP Nangwarry Roadhouse.

At this stage, we can only accept cash payments only while we wait for Telstra to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We'll provide an update as soon as the service has been restored.

Dear customers

Issues for cash only fuel purchases have been resolved. We have now isolated pumps 5&6 for cash purchases, which also includes BP Ultimate. Motorpass and Fleet cards without pay wave chips can also be used at these pumps, see staff members for assistance.

We understand there’s been some disruptions causing frustration and confusion over the change to Pre-Paid Fuel, and we sincerely apologise for this. The change is necessary and the process is very simple once you’ve used our prepaid machine. We believe this will also help alleviate some foot traffic congestion at busy times in the store.

Some basic instructions for you to familiarise yourself with the pre-paid machine,

1. Locate machine on the outside wall of store next to firewood cage
2. Select purchase fuel
3. Select pump
4. Select payment type (fuel card or bank card)
5. Enter maximum $ amount you want to spend (note – only amount of fuel you take is what you will be charged)
6. Return to selected pump, fill car
7. If receipt is required, return to step 1 and select “receipt”

We have good fuel supply currently, we also still have an excellent selection of freshly prepared food, snacks and drinks. We look forward to seeing you back soon!

Dear customers

We are having a technical difficulty with our cash-only fuel pumps resulting in them currently not working, so pre-paid fuel is the only option available at this time.

Our team is working to get the issue fixed as quickly as possible for cash only customers.

We understand the pre-paid fuel might not be a popular decision and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Your support is critical for the future of the store and we appreciate your understanding through this time.

🚨 Important Update for Our Customers 🚨

From 9:00pm tonight, BP Nangwarry will be transitioning to pre-paid fuel service only until further notice.

This change has been made to help manage fuel security and ensure we can continue to provide reliable service to our community.

What this means for you:

⛽ All fuel purchases must be paid for before dispensing

⛽ Simply use the self-serve machine outside of the store, select your pump number and fuel amount, then head back to fill up

⛽Pump 1&2 will be reserved for cash purchases only. Pay first in store and our staff will fill your car for you like the good old days!

And don’t worry — we’ll still be serving up all your favourite delicious takeaway food, coffee, and snacks in-store as usual! ☕🍔
