Good morning guys I’ve managed to custom build the ai answering system to be able to make new bookings, check bookings, give breakdown advice so I can better help you when back home after doing my rounds.
The ai will recognise you from your mobile number and greet you if you’re an exisiting customer.
Beyond this check your emails as email confirmation will come with estimates after I’ve assessed the information it’s gathered.
They system is in testing phases and connected to our phone number, please be aware background noise can affect its ability to hear so if there’s a long pause it’s because it thinks you’re still talking.
