Our final three machines have arrived in Mudgee, completing mobilisation for our new auxiliary equipment contract. 🚛

📣Weekly Safety Share – Working at Heights📣

Falls from height remain one of the leading causes of serious injuries on worksites, and most of them are preventable with the right controls in place.

When you’re working at heights, there’s no margin for error. Taking shortcuts or skipping safety steps can have life-changing consequences.

Take a moment to protect yourself:
• Always use approved fall protection equipment
• Inspect harnesses, lanyards, and anchor points before use
• Maintain three points of contact when climbing
• Never rush or take shortcuts to “save time”

Gravity doesn’t give second chances.

📣Weekly Safety Share – Eye Protection 📣

Around 90% of eye injuries are preventable with the right protection in place.
Your eyes are one of the most vulnerable parts of the body on any worksite, and once your vision is damaged, it can’t be replaced. Taking a few seconds to put on the right protection can make all the difference.

• Always wear the right eye protection for the task
• Make sure your safety glasses are clean and in good condition
• Use additional protection when grinding, cutting, or working with chemicals
• Don’t take shortcuts, no matter how quick the job is

Damage is permanent - protection isn’t optional

📣Weekly Safety Share: Exclusion Zones 📣
Respect the boundaries, they’re there to protect you.

Exclusion zones aren’t there to slow you down, they’re there to keep you safe. Crossing into a restricted area, even for a second, can put you directly in the path of serious hazards.

🚧 Stay aware, stay outside:
• Moving machinery and vehicles can’t always see you
• Suspended loads can shift without warning
• Work areas can change quickly without notice

🚫 Don’t take the risk:
• No shortcuts through restricted areas
• No stepping over barriers
• No assumptions that “it’ll be fine”

💡 Bottom line:
Exclusion zones are a line between safe and unsafe - don’t cross it unless you’re meant to be there.
