One four Motorsport driver Jacko Isaacs hard on the gas in his 2 stroke, Honda powered Sportsman Microsprint.

What is a sportsman Microsprint?
A Sportsman Microsprint is an affordable, entry level version of a traditional Microsprint.

POWRi Racing Australia Sportsman Microsprints can run either a 270cc two stroke in any configuration or a 450cc single cylinder four stroke engine.

They use the same style of chassis as our regular Microsprints, but with smaller, more affordable engine options.

It's a class designed to encourage new competitors into the sport while still providing highly competitive racing for the more experienced drivers.

The numbers are definitely on the rise at The Bowl, with LOTS of new cars being built, and plenty more enquiries about getting involved.

If you are looking to get started in Micro racing, the Sportsman Microsprint is definitely something paying attention to.

GET READY TO SLIDE INTO THE WEEKEND😁✊

We're looking forward to getting the bikes, sidecars and Speedway Karts out on the Short Track Arena this Friday night for a bit of FUN under lights.

Hopefully we'll see a good mix of kids, old hands and everyone in between enjoying a few hours of social riding and kartintg.

We'll have the music playing, the coffee van onsite and it's completely FREE to come along and watch. Just $50 if you fancy having a ride or drive!

A quick reminder for anyone getting on track: Please shoot us a message to let us know you're coming, have your licence sorted and make sure you've got all the correct safety gear.

MA licences for bikes and sidecars, AASA for karts. One day licences available for both.

TRACK OR TREAT IS BACK AT THE BOWL!!! 🎃

Halloween at The Bowl has become a bit of a tradition, and we're looking forward to doing it all again on Saturday October 31!

We love seeing the kids getting involved, so we're encouraging everyone to get into the Halloween spirit and come along in their favourite costumes👻

We'll have lollies to give away, our Halloween craft station where the kids can get creative, some music to dance along to and, of course, plenty of Speedway action, including the Bash & Crash Fender Benders.

Nothing too scary or over the top, just a fun night out where the kids can enjoy themselves, and Mum and Dad can take in some racing too.

And the best part? Kids under 10 are still absolutely FREE!

So dig out the costumes, round up the family and come spend Halloween with us at The Bowl.

FRIDAY NIGHT FUN AT THE BOWL!!!

Kick off your weekend on the throttle, and still have Saturday and Sunday free to keep the other half happy.

We're welcoming in the weekend with a bit of Friday Night Fun at the Short Track Arena on October 23, with bikes, sidecars and Speedway Karts all hitting the track under lights.

Whether you're a kid just starting out or a veteran who's been doing it for years, it's all about getting out on the track and having some FUN!!!

It's time to dust off the bike or kart, come along and enjoy a few hours under lights.

At just $50 per participant, it's a pretty affordable way to get on track, and have some laughs.

Spectators are FREE, so bring the family along too.

LICENCING
Bike and sidecar participants require a Motorcycling Australia licence, while Speedway Kart participants require an AASA - Australian Auto-Sport Alliance licence. One day licences will be accepted for both.

ONE WEEK SINCE OPENING NIGHT!!!

Hard to believe it's already been a week since we kicked off another season at The Bowl, and what a night it was.

It was great to see everyone back at The Bowl, from the competitors and crews to the families and race fans around the fence.

We also had a few special moments, with Hayden Dicker claiming his first ever Junior Microsprint feature win, Jayden Bye taking his first Sportsman Microsprint victory and Daniel Meic picking up his first Kartstars win.

The 26/27 season is officially underway 😁

With rain falling all around the Upper Hunter yesterday, we definitely got lucky at The Bowl.

The fans and drivers were excited to be back and happily sat through a small rain shower while our track crew did a great job getting the track back in shape.

From there, we were treated to some great racing to kick off the new season.
