SURPRISE... WE'RE RACING THIS SATURDAY😁

It wasn't on the calendar, but we've managed to sneak in a little bonus racing at The Bowl this weekend.

The NSW Outlaw Karts are heading to the Short Track Arena, with Outlaw Karts and Flat Karts both hitting the track from 4.00pm.

Best of all, spectator entry is completely FREE.

Besom Mobile Cafe will be trackside with hot coffee, cold drinks and a small hot food menu to keep everyone fed throughout the afternoon.

So if you've had racing withdrawals, get the crew together and get to The Bowl this Saturday.

Saturday August 15
Racing from 4.00pm
FREE spectator entry

It's all about these guys today.

Our volunteers weekend is about to kick off😁

These people work tirelessly to keep our events running and keep our drivers safe.

Without these legends donating their time there would be no racing.

Next time you see one of our team members, remember to say thanks, regardless of the emotions of the night.

Enjoy your weekend team.

Today we recognise our 2025/2026 The Plumber Kartstars Track Champion.

For the third straight season, The Plumber has proudly supported the Kartstars Track Championship. We're incredibly grateful for Leeroy's continued support of The Bowl. Loyalty like that means a great deal to us, and we're proud to have him already confirmed for a fourth consecutive season in 2026/2027.

Congratulations to Hunter Valley local Blake Everleigh, who claimed the 2025/2026 The Plumber Kartstars Track Championship with an impressive 1,610 points.

Blake is no stranger to victory Lane, having enjoyed success across V8 Dirt Modifieds, AMCA Nationals, Street Stocks and now Speedway Karts, including his recent POWRi Australian Championship victory.

Andy Trent finished second on 1,150 points, while Speedway Kart veteran Ben Morgan completed the podium on 1,140 points after another consistent season.

The Kartstars class continues to provide a fantastic mix of competitive racing and good fun at The Bowl, and we're looking forward to another great season when racing returns in October.

Congratulations to Blake on a fantastic season, and a huge thank you once again to The Plumber for his continued loyalty and support of Speedway Kart racing at The Bowl.

Today we recognise our 2025/2026 Fwordspeedshop Sportsman Microsprint Track Champion.

Formerly known as the 270/450 Microsprints, the Sportsman class continues to grow in both numbers and competitiveness each season. The Bowl has become a great home for the class, with strong fields, close racing and even more competitors expected when the new season gets underway in October.

Congratulations to two time and defending POWRi Australian Champion Jacko Isaacs, who added another win to his impressive resume by claiming the 2025/2026 FWORDSPEEDSHOP Sportsman Track Championship with 1,450 points.

Local driver and relative newcomer Jayden Bye finished second on 1,360 points, while Peter Blake rounded out the top three with 1,160 points. All three drivers were regular front runners throughout the season and helped produce another competitive championship battle.

A huge thank you to Fwordspeedshop for their support of the Sportsman Track Championship throughout the 2025/2026 season.

We'll also be sharing more information about the Sportsman Microsprint class over the coming weeks. If you've ever thought about getting into Microsprint racing, this is a class well worth keeping an eye on.

Congratulations to Jacko and the entire Isaacs team on another outstanding season.

While we've had plenty of four wheel action keeping us busy lately, we certainly haven't forgotten about the bikes.

When we had our Short Track Arena grand opening, we were fortunate to have some incredibly talented riders join us!!!

2 of those riders were Blake Schlein Racing and Tayla Street 89

Fast forward to today, and Blake is the SGP4 World Champion, while Tayla has claimed the World No. 4, with both riders travelling to Europe to compete against the very best in the world and doing Australia proud.

We're incredibly proud they were part of the opening of our Short Track Arena, and we congratulate them both on their outstanding achievements.

Behind the scenes, we're already working on an exciting calendar of motorcycle events for the upcoming season as we continue to grow both speedway and dirt track racing at The Bowl.

Watch this space... there's plenty more to come.

The GNT Racewear Junior Microsprints are one of the most important classes at The Bowl. They're the future of our sport, and year after year these young drivers continue to raise the bar.

This season's track championship went right down to the wire in a season long battle between newly crowned Australian Champion Logan Carter and rising star Tait Owens. When the final chequered flag fell, it was Owens who claimed the GNT Racewear Junior Microsprint Track Championship by just 20 points, over Carter, with Harry Craft completing the top three.

A huge thank you to GNT Racewear for their continued support of the Junior Microsprint division throughout the 2025/2026 season. Support from businesses like GNT Racewear plays an important role in helping these young drivers continue to develop.

Congratulations to Tait Owens Motorsport 78 and the entire Owens family on a fantastic season and a well deserved Track Championship.

Over the coming days we'll be recognising our 2025/2026 Lake Liddell Speedbowl Track Champions, along with the businesses that proudly support each championship.

We start with the Syndicate Communications Pty Ltd Super Series, Microsprint Track Championship.

A Track Championship isn't won in a single night, it's an entire season, where every lap counts!!!

A huge thank you to Syndicate Communications Pty Ltd for supporting our premier championship for the second year running.

Congratulations to Muswellbrook's own Kobi Wright, who claimed the 2025/2026 Track Championship & $2000 payday with 1,420 points, ahead of fellow Speedbowl regulars Riley Simpson on 1,330 points and Boyd Chaffey on 1,140 points.

All three drivers were right at the front whenever it counted, producing a fantastic championship battle throughout the season.

Congratulations to Kobi on a well deserved title, and to Riley and Boyd on outstanding seasons.
