👏 A huge congratulations to our very own Amanda Fogo on her outstanding achievement in the recent Toyota National Skills Program!

While Amanda may not have taken home the top prize, she is absolutely a winner in our eyes. Finishing in the Top 5 in the Northern Region is an incredible accomplishment and a true reflection of her dedication, knowledge and professionalism.

What makes this achievement even more inspiring is that Amanda competed just over a month after knee surgery. Crutches and all, she showed up, gave it everything she had, and proved that determination knows no limits.

Your resilience, commitment and positive attitude make us incredibly proud. 💙

🐾 New Wheels for Some Very Special Cargo! 🚐We were absolutely thrilled to hand over the keys of a brand-new Toyota HiAce to the incredible team from Friends of the Pound (Tweed) Inc.! If you know our local community, you know the tireless, life-saving work this non-profit group does to rescue, care for, and rehome vulnerable dogs and cats right across the Tweed Shire. A reliable vehicle is crucial for animal rescue. This new HiAce Van will be hitting the road to help them safely transport animals to vet appointments, move stock to their boutique, and bring furry friends closer to finding their forever homes. Thank you, Friends of the Pound, for everything you do for our local animals. We are proud to support you and keep your "green army" of volunteers moving!
