Disintegrator Performance and Imports We at Disintergrator Performance and Imports can supply, upgrade, fit and maintain your mid 1970's to mid 1990's RWD Volvo sedan or wagon.

We at Disintergrator Performance and Imports started with a need in the market for more easily available Volvo Performance parts for the RWD specific models such as the 740 Turbo and 940 Turbo, as Volvo also made a 240 Turbo overseas and even raced them in Australia, there are conversions commonly made into 240, 242, 244, 245 Volvos using 740 or 940 Turbo motors, or parts of the motors to convert.

As a result of years of owning and working on Turbo Volvo's we have gone forwards with importing and selling a bolt in 60mm intercooler for these model cars as a start. While we started in Volvo's, we are not limited just to Volvos, having turned a diesel Hilux with a blown up motor to have a rebuilt and turbo charged and intercooled engine making the ute less of a roadblock as well as other projects and general regular maintenance. Automatics are not an issue for us, turbo upgrades, exhaust work, porting of manifolds and general power up for your turbo-Volvo is available.

A 16v turbo in the works, b230ft with flycut pistons, back cut 38° valves with 5 angle intake and radius exhaust. Going on a 90+ manifold initially with yoshifab exhaust adaptor. But will quickly be removed once run in.

More lh2.4 drilled flywheels, going from exedy hd pressure plates to clutch industries due to availability. They seem to be the same except for colour though.

They are tested with a trigger and oscilloscope before being sent out.

Byo flat flywheel.

Another flat flywheel machined for an lh 2.4 (1990 onwards turbo volvo 740/940s) to go with a redrilled heavy duty 240mm clutch and flywheel.

This combination is available to suit a T5 swap, but we can arrange to use a clutch disc to suit a m46 or supra gearbox.

Cost for a re drilled flywheel is $220 supplied currently, redrilled for a 240mm clutch is $550 with clutch supplied.

Manualised, Holden Trimatic with custom 8" converter suited to nissan RB30 motor, custom adapted to suit b230FT Volvo motor.

B&M quick shifter also fitted to car, custom made drop box to allow fitment of shifter to be roughly in the same spot as stock. PWR Cooler fitted as well as a custom shortened tailshaft. All organised in house.

T5 swap performed as well as fitting bc racing coilovers front and rear to the 740T, manual shifts well and engages gears perfectly.

Clutch fitted is a falcon 240mm disc with exedy hd pressure plate on a redrilled in house flywheel.

Falcon Gearbox is adapted on a Disintegrator Performance m46 to t5 adapter plate. Gearbox Mount made in house to match up to the stock auto crossmember.

Install of the first Australian made and designed T5 adaptor prototype underway. 740 turbo sedan with a Falcon world class box. All machining work of the T5 related parts organised by us.

Clutch being used is a redrilled in house flat flywheel from a early 80s volvo 240 to use a falcon clutch and heavier off the shelf pressure plate.

Almost there with the t5 adaptor plates. All sold out this batch!
