We were at NP Veteran Garage, UK, today doing some testing on the 1903 Knox in preparation for Sunday week's London to Brighton,.

Nigel and Tom are doing some fine tuning for us and we look forward to Andrea & I doing a long distance test run this coming Saturday - weather doesn't look good for this weekend but the long range forecast seems OK for the 1st Sunday in November👍👍

In the meantime, we are in historic Salisbury and visiting the Beaulieu tomorrow!

Finally tackled the job I was avoiding - building a new gas tank for the "Phoenix" (aka burnt 1906 Cadillac).

My normal policy is worst first and there were some worse jobs, but once we got stuck into it, it was onwards and upwards in the progress to getting it running again.

Now working on finishing the tank for the 1908 tulip touring😀😀

The National 1 & 2 is now sadly over for another couple of years and what a wonderful Tour it was. We (Marc Alcock, who now owns the car and myself) had the pleasure of driving the 1910 Kelsey Motorette 140 kilometres (95 + miles) in just one day! - what a fantastic machine - 2 cylinder, 2 stroke, 2 speed, planetary transmission, just kept going all day! Great car.
