Leven Smash Repairs Mudgee are hiring a Parts Assistant/Transport Administrator.
If you have a genuine interest in cars, strong organisation skills & are looking for convenient & well-compensated work in the Mid-Western Region, you’ve come to the right place.
Position summary:
- Responsible for the day to day parts logistics within the workshop such that the right part is orders on time and at the right price.
- Be the pivotal link between the parts department and the workshop including estimators, production technicians, and customer services.
- Scheduling transportation services, planning routes and assigning drivers.
- Planning routes and preparing schedules.
- Providing and communicating accurate quotes & updates to customers.
