With several new trailer builds currently underway, our team has been busy coming up with ways to be more efficient.

Their latest creation? A custom built chassis rotisserie! It allows each chassis to be safely rotated into the ideal position for welding, improving efficiency while helping achieve greater consistency and precision throughout the fabrication process.

Best of all, the lads are pretty wrapped with how it turned out and so are we! 👌

What started as a routine trip quickly turned into a scary situation for this customer 😳

A failed U-bolt caused the axle to shift, leading to significant damage to the trailer… Not something you ever want to experience on the road.

After a full inspection, we found the U-bolts had been over tensioned, the fish plates were bent, and the trailer was running two incompatible springs; a combination that was always going to cause issues.

The good news? She’s now back on the road, safe and fully repaired 💪

This is a solid reminder of how important regular checks are. If you’re unsure what to look for, we’re always here to help, book your trailer in for a service and travel with confidence.

We’re putting the final touches on this Snowy River caravan, and the transformation is looking great!

While in for repairs, the owners chose to upgrade their damaged manual pull-out awning to a Carefree Altitude electric awning and the result speaks for itself!
