🚐 Getting this new Hiace ready for the road! 🛠️

Before our customer picked up his brand-new Hiace Van from the dealership, he wanted to get a few important jobs sorted before starting his travelling fit-out.

❄️ 2.7kW Dometic Air Conditioner and Maxxfan Deluxe installed… just because you’re travelling doesn’t mean you need to do it tough!

🔧 Rear side windows insulated and finished with aluminium panels, ready for the customer to complete his own fit-out.

⚡ 240V shore power setup, breaker box, multiple power outlets installed.

The finished result has this van well on its way to becoming the perfect travelling setup 🙌

Our customer was so happy with the work that, as soon as he picked up his new rig, he was back down to the workshop to book in some additional work!

We love seeing our teams hard work head out the workshop door; and even more so when they come straight back for the next stage 😎

With several new trailer builds currently underway, our team has been busy coming up with ways to be more efficient.

Their latest creation? A custom built chassis rotisserie! It allows each chassis to be safely rotated into the ideal position for welding, improving efficiency while helping achieve greater consistency and precision throughout the fabrication process.

Best of all, the lads are pretty wrapped with how it turned out and so are we! 👌

Stay tuned… we’ve got plenty more exciting builds coming through the workshop 🧑‍🏭

What started as a routine trip quickly turned into a scary situation for this customer 😳

A failed U-bolt caused the axle to shift, leading to significant damage to the trailer… Not something you ever want to experience on the road.

After a full inspection, we found the U-bolts had been over tensioned, the fish plates were bent, and the trailer was running two incompatible springs; a combination that was always going to cause issues.

The good news? She’s now back on the road, safe and fully repaired 💪

This is a solid reminder of how important regular checks are. If you’re unsure what to look for, we’re always here to help, book your trailer in for a service and travel with confidence.

Insurance Repairs 🔧

We’re putting the final touches on this Snowy River caravan, and the transformation is looking great!

While in for repairs, the owners chose to upgrade their damaged manual pull-out awning to a Carefree Altitude electric awning and the result speaks for itself!

If you’ve been considering upgrades, having your van in for repairs is the ideal time to explore your options and bring those ideas to life 👌

Today we pause to honour and remember the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of the ANZACs.

Captured at sunrise, on the 111th anniversary, this moment reflects the quiet gratitude we carry for those who served and those who continue to serve.

On ANZAC Day, we stand together in remembrance.

Lest we forget.
