New Subaru L-Series parts live now on the website!

If you’ve ever had to remove the trim off any 30+ year old car you would have broken a few clips. These clips suit stainless trim that goes around the windows of an L-Series wagon. Copied from original items, the design was altered to be suitable for 3D printing. They are 3D printed in-house from UV stable and high temperature material.

Pulling the support off of some Brumby switch insert panels.

I love this support design. Quick to model in CAD. Hasn’t failed me once. Easy to remove by squashing in the vice.

Part 3 of 3 - Subaru L Series Cup Holder

The final instalment! This has been my most complete series yet. Showing the full process from start to finish has been challenging but I’m keen to keep brining you more!

The original part was 3D scanned with the Rockit, and then it was reverse engineered in SolidWorks using the add in.
