We need someone who is keen to get involved, have a bit of fun and help keep our competitors, volunteers and spectators fed while they enjoy a day of racing 🏁

Following our Annual General Meeting, we are excited to introduce the committee who will be leading the Mt Barker Speedway Club for the 2026–2027 season.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended the AGM and to those who have stepped up to volunteer their time and expertise. Running a club like ours takes a dedicated team, and we appreciate every person who is willing to contribute to the future of Mt Barker Speedway.

🏁 HELMET COMPLIANCE REMINDER 🏁

Hey everyone, just a heads up regarding helmet requirements for the upcoming season 👇

From 30 June 2026, SNELL 2015 helmets will no longer be accepted for racing.

Speedway Australia scrutineers will continue checking helmets at events, and any driver presenting with a non-compliant helmet (including SNELL 2015) may be excluded from racing.

If you’re needing a new helmet, now is a good time to check your current one and make sure you’re ready before hitting the track 🏎️💨

Wow! What an amazing night last night was. So many laughs, memories and great stories shared by all. We had a fantastic turnout, and it was especially lovely meeting some life members we hadn’t had the chance to meet before. Hearing their stories and reminiscing about the club’s history was definitely one of the highlights of the evening.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped organise such an incredible night — your hard work made it all possible. We’re so grateful to everyone who came along and made the evening so special ❤️

What an incredible season and a fantastic way to celebrate everyone’s hard work, dedication and achievements. We are so proud of all our drivers, members and families who make our club what it is.
