MVMG is a part of the Wakeling Automotive Group. MD 20143 and MVRL 42696 Since 2006, the Moss Vale Motor Group has been part of the Paul Wakeling Motor Group.

In some ways the brand new premises for Moss Vale Motor Group is a return to the past. The Argyle Street site was the former home of Charlesworth and Company, one of the oldest family businesses in the Southern Highlands and one of the first Holden dealers in Australia. The Charlesworth family started their Moss Vale automotive business at the end of World War I and became the local Holden dealer

in December 1948 upon the release of the first Holden. Charlesworths sold their very first Holden to local butcher, Dick Flook. Over the years, the ownership and location of the dealership has changed and developed and today includes Nissan, Mitsubishi, Suzuki and Volkswagen as well as GWM.
