About the Role
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified and adaptable Motor Mechanics to join our team in Morwell.
In this role, no two days are the same. You will handle workshop-based repairs as well as on-site field servicing and breakdown calls across a diverse range of machinery.
Key Responsibilities
General servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics across light trucks, 4x4s, passenger vehicles, forklifts, mowers, trailers, and pumps.
Field work, on-site servicing, and emergency breakdown repairs as required.
Supporting seasonal fleet readiness, including bushfire campaign support vehicles and equipment.
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What We Are Looking For
Qualification: Trade-qualified Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician (Heavy or Light Vehicle background).
Experience: Hands-on experience working on a diverse mix of vehicles, mobile plant, and small engine/pump equipment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work both in the Morwell workshop and out on site/field service calls.
Licence: Current valid Driver’s Licence (Manual required; Heavy Combination/Rigid licence is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, proactive work ethic.
