We are taking every step necessary to ensure our team and customers are safe. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, this is a particularly challenging time for us all.
Bob Romano Auto Care & Performance/Romano Workx is open for business with no direct physical contact. We are offering a valet service where we can collect your vehicle from home or workplace (not available in every situation), to service/repair, sanitise and then return your vehicle without you needing to physically interact with any of our team members.
As many of your are aware we can FaceTime or provide photos of issues with your vehicle in order to keep you informed and up to date with the progress of your vehicle. Hence removing any physical interaction.
Your invoice can be provided electronically, and you can pay for the service remotely, meaning your health and safety isn’t compromised in any way. Our goal is to keep you safe on the roads during these challenging times.
