Why it's important for you to get brakes done by qualified mechanic ... caliper slides need fresh l**e or they seize/hard to move and cause a number of issues that all affect brake application and effectiveness such as uneven contact between pads and rotors , premature/abnormal wearing of pads

The year we won the Pro Turbo class at Sydney Jamboree.

RX3 20B triple rotor, turbo , 5 speed manual.

After every run , part of my job as crew chief I had to re-zero the twin plate clutch alignment.
So hot , access thru a removable plate on top of bellhousing . Had some lovely burn marks on my hands by the nights end.

You can see me at rear of vehicle guiding it back to line up on the tyre marks from burnout.
