• Assisting with ordering, receiving, and organising automotive parts
• Supporting workshop staff with parts supply
• Maintaining inventory and stock control systems

Service & Parts Advisor

Moora Toyota is currently looking for highly motivated Service & Parts Advisor to keep up with our very busy Toyota Dealership in Moora.
As a Service & Parts Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they bring their vehicles in for servicing. Daily tasks include schedule bookings, closing vehicle services, greeting customers, retail parts sales & ordering, discussing service needs & communicating with the service department.

Do you have the following qualities?
 Experience in a customer- facing role, ideally in the automotive industry is an advantage.
 Prior experience as a service advisor or spare parts & accessory sales.
 Knowledge of and interest in the automotive industry.
 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
 Strong organizational and time management skills.
 Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
